Nice Dreams Cannabis Delivery App
Nice Dreams is a cannabis delivery app designed initially for the Oregon market after state wide legalization happened in 2016. I was approached to build the design and functionality of the app when the established rules came into effect to allow for to-your-door delivery in 2019.
With the increasing legalization of cannabis in various regions, customers demand a smooth, safe, and convenient way to purchase cannabis products.

We conducted interviews with 25 potential users, ranging from experienced cannabis consumers to first-time buyers. Key insights included:
- Convenience is key: Users want a quick, hassle-free ordering process.
- Trust & safety matter: First-time buyers need clear product information and secure payment methods.
- Customization helps: Users appreciate personalized recommendations based on preferences and past orders.
