OrganonPro is a women’s health, biosimilar and cancer pharmaceutical company. We built for them a design system for their global and US teams. OrganonPro is their side of the business that is dedicated to healthcare professionals. Designed to be a hub of educational information for doctors, nurses and administrators.

Problem Statement
Organon neededa unified marketing hub for intelligent orchestration and innovation across the HCP journey – they wanted a one-stop shop that makes it easier for healthcare professionals to find what they need, when they need it, while meeting all required legal standards across 40+ different markets. To achieve this vision and to differentiate from competitors, the project team established guiding principles to inform the site’s experience design:
- Equitable design for all markets
- Scalable global design system
- Enable gated and ungated content
- Portflio approach, “branded house” mindset
- Content strategy focused on molecules, movements, and moments

Voice & Tone
How should it sound? The core of our voice doesn’t change, but our tone can vary slightly across audiences. While we are always assured, engaging, and resolute, you can elevate one of these attributes to suit a particular audience type or communication tactic.
Why does it matter? How we speak works in concert with how we look and act. When used consistently across every touchpoint, our tone of voice creates a unified personality that distinguishes us from competitors and builds trust, connection, and familiarity with those we serve.
Assured
We speak in a straightforward, grounded way that is secure in our mission, with a dash of wit when appropriate. We show this by:
- Removing jargon and choosing precise, concrete words and phrases
- Using language that feels contemporary without using slang
- Speaking frankly, with tongue-in-cheek intelligence when appropriate
Engaging
We express how much we care by speaking with others dynamically and connecting through curiosity. We show this by:
- Speaking like a human, not a corporation
- Using vibrant, energetic language that feels authentic
- Conveying genuine curiosity and concern for those we serve
Resolute
We use purposeful language that shows our determination and encourages challenging the status quo to find ingenious solutions. We show this by:
- Focusing on action-oriented words and short, declarative sentences
- Communicating what we stand for in ways others in our industry don’t
- Accenting copy with emotive, future-focused words to highlight our vision
